Administration / Documentation

 

We professionally register your tool service orders from receipt of order up to issue of certificates. Our multilingual staff (German, English, French) is at your service. Our organisation management enables us to inform you on the actual state of your order at any time. If required we are issuing “life time” records on your equipment/tools. Thus you will be in a position to always call off the actual state of your equipment / tools or to request annual repair statistics. Furthermore, we remind you on periodical checks being due. Repairs and tests are registered by means of digital photographs. These photos can be relayed to you by e-mail so that you are fully aware of what is going on with your equipment / tools.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance on any kind of equipment ensures longevity. Our monitoring system for such maintenance intervals guarantees such a regularity. We effect qualified maintenance works covering hydraulic, electric and mechanic systems, providing a detailed documentation on these services.

Repair

We are as well effecting repairs in compliance with manufacturer’s specifications and/or state of the technology. Provisioning and use of compulsory materials requiring a special  heat and surface treatment as well as genuine spare parts including pertaining certificates is standard procedure for us.

 
 

Tests

We effect all kinds of load tests and / or sight tests in accordance with the relevant guide lines.

 

Static load tests

The static load tests are done with calibrated test equipment and we document all tests with certificates for traceability.

If required we design and  manufacture special dummies for testing.

Functional tests

We are as well offering functional tests to you (based on instructions by the manufacturer).

 

Disruption tests

This special equipment serves to detect ruptures and indiscernible damages in steel chains and metal. Tests are effected in compliance with UVV 18.4 § 40, 41, 42, 43 and EN 818-6. The test results are documented by means of certificates.
 

Re-certification ( certificates )

We effect all re-certifications and tests as well as special tests on your equipment / tools in accordance with applicable regulations. You receive the relevant certificates. Additionally you are receiving a detailed work and inspection report as well as a Certificate of Compliance (CoC).


Calibration Service

With an own calibration stand we are able to calibrate and certify pressure gauges for their customers within 36 hours.

In cooperation with affiliated partners we are in a position to calibrate various kinds of tools on short notice:

Certificates for such calibrations are issued in both German and English language.
